`alpaca.pl`

This directory contains `alpaca.pl`, an implementation of ALPACA version 0.93.
Since this is no longer the current version of ALPACA, this is no longer the
reference implementation of the language.  It is retained here for historical
interest and/or minimal continued support for existing ALPACA descriptions.
